I remember when my husband and I moved into our first home. It was a super exhausting day. I was tired, sweaty, stinky and all I wanted to do was take a long, hot shower. I grabbed some clothes and went into the bathroom to turn on the shower and to my surprise....there was no shower curtain! My wonderful husband drove out to the nearest store to buy a cheap shower curtain so I could shower away the day. I will never forget that and I'm reminded of that every time one of my buyers closes on a deal and they are talking about moving into their new home. There are many "go to" items that you should make sure you have readily available when your home is in shambles the first night and first few days.
2-3 days of Clothes
Portable DVD player and DVDs
Shower curtain, shower rod and curtain rings
First aid kit and medications
5. Eating utensils
Disposable Plates andCutlery
Of course, depending on your needs, you might want to modify this list. Be sure to mark the box and pack it near the front of your moving truck or keep it separate so you can find it. Hopefully this will help make your next move less stressful...and less stinky. HAHA
